Within a supportive
environment, participants in the "Co-ed" group have the
opportunity to work together toward the following goals:
- Compassionate understanding of self and others (Empathy).
- Meaningful self connection and connection to others.
- Improved ability to identify, accept and express emotions.
- Greater courage to participate more meaningfully in
relationships.
- Development of authenticity; narrowing the gap between
inner and outer
self.
- Understanding through experience how past personal history
may be influencing present relationships.
- Being one’s own person while relating to others.
