Groups For Men & Women

Within a supportive environment, participants in the "Co-ed" group have the opportunity to work together toward the following goals:
  • Compassionate understanding of self and others (Empathy).
  • Meaningful self connection and connection to others.
  • Improved ability to identify, accept and express emotions.
  • Greater courage to participate more meaningfully in relationships.
  • Development of authenticity; narrowing the gap between inner and outer
    self.
  • Understanding through experience how past personal history may be influencing present relationships.
  • Being one’s own person while relating to others.
